Equalization - Screen

Applied KALVABIO® Series (Special formulated Bacteria & Nutrient)

Domestic waste water was collected at Sump Pit and pumped to HYDRO® STP K-Series. Waste water will be treated as follows;

Equalization : Waste water will be homogeny and Screening big or coarse contaminant
Anaerobic (BioFilter) : Reducing COD/BOD with fixed bacteria & no O2 Supply
Aerobic (MBBR) : Reducing COD/BOD with MBBR System – MBG Aeration Technology
BioBox (Complete Finishing Stage) : Sedimentation, Bio-Filtration and De-nutrient
Chlorinator : To ensure total E-coliform meet standard

MBG Technology :

MBG is Micro-Bubble Generator
MBG produces micro bubble in water (adjustable bubble size)
It requires a steady supply of water under pressure and plus a supply of air and no moving part of MBG (long life time)

Micro Bubble provides two important advantages :

More Surface Area : Micro-bubbles of any gas provide a larger surface area in any liquid.
More Time : Micro-bubbles of any gas rise much more slowly in any liquid.
